HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to lead all HR activities for our local office in Bishkek. As the sole HR professional on site, you will manage core HR processes and support the international team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain HR administration and personnel records, including work in 1C ZUP.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and adaptation.
• Organize and coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Support local HR projects and initiatives, and conduct labor market and salary trend analyses.
• Plan corporate events and internal HR activities.
• Prepare HR reports, analyze data and metrics.
• Liaise with local authorities and external HR service providers.
• Ensure compliance with Kyrgyz labor legislation and company HR policies.
• Collaborate with regional and international HR teams on global projects.

Required profile

• University degree in HR, Business, Economics, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR Specialist roles.
• Hands‑on experience with HR administration and 1C ZUP.
• Proven recruitment experience and ability to work with hiring managers.
• Strong knowledge of Kyrgyz labor legislation and good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a wide range of HR tasks.
