International Audio/Video Remote Kurdish & Arabic/Persian Interpreter

About the role

Provide audio and video interpreting for Kurdish and Arabic or Persian speakers through LSA’s web‑based platform, supporting the Limited English Proficient community in various settings.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and deliver effective interpreting via audio/video.
• Maintain superior customer service and adhere to professional conduct and confidentiality standards.
• Follow LSA policies, interpretation protocols, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Full fluency in English and Kurdish plus Arabic or Persian.
• At least 1 year of professional interpreting experience (preferred).
• Relevant certifications or trainings such as CMI, CCHI (preferred).
• A quiet, secure interpreting space free from external noise.

Required skills

• Proficiency with web‑based platforms.
• Competent use of email and Microsoft Word.
