About the role
Provide on‑demand audio and video interpreting for Toisan, Mandarin, or Cantonese speakers through a web‑based platform, supporting the Limited English Proficient community in various settings.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound interpreting calls promptly and deliver accurate interpretation via audio/video.
- Maintain superior customer service and adhere to professional conduct and confidentiality standards.
Required profile
- Full fluency in English and Toisan plus Mandarin or Cantonese.
- At least 1 year of professional interpreting experience (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency with web‑based platforms, email, and Microsoft Word.
- Quiet, secure interpreting space free from external noise.
