About the role

The Head of the Correspondent Relations Department will lead the bank's correspondent banking activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute duties in line with the official job description and internal policies.
• Manage and develop relationships with correspondent banks.
• Ensure all correspondent banking transactions comply with Kyrgyz legal acts and National Bank regulations.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and filing of correspondence and related documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support correspondent banking operations.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics or a related banking field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in finance or banking.
• Strong knowledge of Kyrgyz legal acts, National Bank regulations, and internal banking standards.
• Proficiency in English sufficient to understand banking documents and communicate with correspondent banks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Kyrgyz, English, and Russian.
