Marketing Associate

About the role

CCI is seeking a Marketing Associate to own and lead digital platform initiatives for CCINext and the Artificial Sales Assistant (ASA). Based in Bishkek, you will drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and support the sales team through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead marketing projects for CCINext and ASA, aligning with business objectives and volume growth targets.
• Calculate and manage the monthly customer loyalty program, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and delivering field training.
• Track program performance via the internal Vispera platform and produce regular performance reports.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform market visits and customer audits to verify data accuracy and compliance.
• Generate improvement ideas for scorecards and program mechanics based on market trends and field feedback.
• Analyze program results and provide actionable recommendations to boost customer engagement and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation).
