Network Administrator – US BICES-X Program

About the role

Join GDIT’s fast‑growing US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System eXtended (US BICES‑X) program, supporting DoW intelligence sharing and mission‑critical operations for combatant commands worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with network staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems.
• Assist engineers with network design, architecture, and upgrades for new or existing computer systems.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and troubleshooting to meet user requirements and resolve network problems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of network administration experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and current CCNA certification.
• Ability to obtain ITIL V4 Foundation within six months of hire.

Required skills

• Cisco routers and switches configuration and troubleshooting.
• Routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, Spanning Tree Protocol.
• VPN technologies: DMVPN, GRE, IPsec integration.
• HAIPE‑based encryption devices and management suite.
• Cisco VoIP and basic CUCM functions.
• Juniper JUNOS software and hardware (preferred).
