Product & Funnel Optimisation Manager (CIS)

About the role

As a Product & Funnel Optimisation Manager you will own the optimisation of the local user journey across Binance products. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, CRM, Design and Marketing teams to improve activation, conversion, retention and overall user experience for the CIS market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the local product experience across all Binance offerings.
• Optimise key user journeys such as onboarding, verification, deposits, trading and Earn.
• Configure local product content, banners, landing pages and market‑specific settings through internal tools.
• Manage product localisation, translations and language quality across every touchpoint.
• Identify friction points, build dashboards and tracking frameworks to monitor funnel health.
• Analyse product data and user behaviour to surface optimisation opportunities.
• Design, launch and evaluate A/B tests in partnership with product teams.
• Collect feedback from local users and represent market needs to global product teams.
• Support the rollout of new features and ensure high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in product operations, product marketing, growth, analytics or CRO.
• Background with digital products, mobile apps, fintech, crypto or SaaS.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user behaviour and performance data.
• Native Russian speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Proactive ownership attitude, attention to detail and strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with localisation platforms and internal product configuration tools.
• Hands‑on experience designing and analysing A/B tests.
