About the role
This position focuses on analysing and improving business processes within a CRM development environment. The analyst will work with no‑code platforms to translate business needs into automated solutions, ensuring the CRM system meets user expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse existing business processes to identify automation opportunities using no‑code tools.
- Convert business requirements into system specifications, workflow diagrams, and visual process maps.
- Design, configure and optimise applications, workflows and automation sequences on the Creatio no‑code platform.
- Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation.
- Collaborate with CRM users and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solution alignment.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in business or system analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Ability to work with technical documentation standards.
