About the role

The bank is expanding its credit team and seeks experienced Credit Specialists, including Senior Credit Specialists, to manage loan origination, assessment, and portfolio monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in marketing activities to attract and select potential clients.
• Advise clients on loan options and calculate loan amounts and repayment schedules.
• Collect and verify documentation required by the bank.
• Conduct on‑site visits to assess client’s financial stability and risk.
• Prepare credit proposals and financial summaries for the Credit Committee.
• Review collateral documentation and coordinate with legal and collateral departments.
• Submit credit proposals to the appropriate Credit Committee level for decision.
• Transfer approved dossiers to the loan‑servicing department for documentation and disbursement.
• Monitor existing loans, ensure portfolio quality, and handle overdue or problematic credits.
• Prepare reports and internal memos as required by management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in the financial‑banking sector, with a minimum of 3 months in credit operations.
• Knowledge of Kyrgyz and Russian languages.
• Understanding of banking legislation and internal bank regulations.
• Logical thinking, decision‑making ability, and responsibility for outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
