Business Development Manager – Aesthetics

About the role

Join a market‑leading aesthetics and dermatology firm to build partnerships with top clinics and key opinion leaders while driving business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, plastic surgery centers and other potential customers.
• Expand and manage strategic Key Accounts, including leading aesthetic clinic chains and flagship clinics.
• Build and maintain relationships with influential physicians and KOLs to enhance brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to recommend growth strategies.
• Drive sales growth through proactive customer development and territory management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute commercial initiatives and support product adoption.
• Represent the company at industry events, educational programs and professional meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, dermatology or healthcare.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and territory sales growth.
• Experience managing Key Accounts and building relationships with physicians, clinic owners and healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of the aesthetic medicine, dermatology or healthcare market (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
