About the role
Capital Bank is looking for a Chief Specialist for its Main Operational Management unit. The role involves supporting client‑facing banking services and ensuring high‑quality operational standards while contributing to the bank’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Higher education in economics, finance or banking
- 2–3 years of experience in client‑service banking
- Strong knowledge of banking products, service standards and regulatory requirements (KYC, PFPD/LPD)
- Client‑oriented mindset with high responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to handle conflict situations and work under operational discipline
Required skills
- Confident use of PC and banking software
