About the role

Provide audio and video interpreting for Karen and Thai speakers through LSA’s web‑based platform, supporting the Limited English Proficient community in various settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective audio and video interpreting via a web‑based platform.
• Answer inbound calls promptly.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct.
• Follow all LSA policies, professional interpretation protocols, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Full fluency in English, Karen, and Thai.
• Technology‑proficient with web platforms, email, and Microsoft Word.
• Quiet, secure interpreting space free from external noise.
• 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Relevant certifications or training (e.g., CMI, CCHI) preferred.
