About the role

Provide telephonic interpreting services in Yupik for English-speaking callers, supporting Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals across various settings.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and deliver effective remote interpreting.
• Maintain superior customer service and adhere to professional conduct and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Full fluency in both English and Yupik.
• At least 1 year of professional interpreting experience (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with web‑based platforms, email, and Microsoft Word.
• Access to a quiet, secure interpreting space free from external noise.
