Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of our global HR cloud platforms. You will act as the expert bridge between HR business needs and sophisticated SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Payroll, Time Tracking, Performance & Goals, Learning, Talent Development, Onboarding) across worldwide operations.
• Design and manage integrations using Business Integration Builder (BIB) and middleware to ensure seamless data flow between SuccessFactors, SAP ERP/Payroll and external systems.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, manage change requests, and implement quarterly release updates.
• Conduct system testing, resolve complex functional and technical issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR business partners, process owners and technical teams to translate business strategies into robust configurations.
• Create functional documentation, training materials and support end‑users and administrators.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of consulting or internal implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking.
• Hands‑on experience with Performance & Goals, Learning, Career & Talent Development, Talent Intelligence Hub, Onboarding and SmartRecruiters (including Winston AI integration).
• Understanding of BIB, data migration and integration best practices.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors Associate or Professional certifications strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset, solid grasp of HR processes and excellent stakeholder communication in English.
