About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a global multinational services company. In this role you will provide strategic financial insight, support decision‑making, and help drive growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present periodic financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Participate in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Assess financial risks and propose corrective actions when needed.
• Implement financial analysis tools and processes to improve efficiency.
• Support internal and external audits related to the finance function.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools.
• Strong ability to interpret financial data and prepare clear reports.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
