GenAI Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a GenAI Advisor to guide our organization in adopting generative AI technologies across multiple industries. The role involves shaping strategy, designing architectures, and mentoring teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compliance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and define GenAI strategies.
• Draft architectures, evaluate tools, vendors, and consultants, and run proof‑of‑concepts for teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams working on GenAI initiatives.
• Work with cross‑functional groups to develop and implement GenAI solutions.
• Stay current on GenAI advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance, security, privacy, and alignment with regulations such as the EU AI Act.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of AI and Generative AI concepts and the data‑science lifecycle.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, especially Azure AI and Azure App Services.
• Proficiency in Python and database technologies.
• Understanding of front‑end and back‑end development basics.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Awareness of AI compliance, regulations, and security standards.
