Project Manager (Digital Transformation, Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and support digital transformation initiatives across a global upholstered furniture manufacturer. The role bridges business users, technology teams, and external partners to drive automation, AI, and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects and coordinate implementation, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Manage and enhance ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
• Oversee UAT, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Drive AI, automation, and digital innovation initiatives.
• Provide user support, training, and change‑management activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, ERP/CRM, or system implementation.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, and enterprise applications.
• Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI, reporting, and business intelligence tools is a plus.
